Refund Policy

Last updated: 2026-06-03

How refunds work for Formcrest subscriptions and top-ups.

This policy explains when Formcrest issues refunds. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service. It does not limit any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you may have under the consumer-protection law of your country of residence.

Monthly subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time from the billing page in your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep full access until then. We do not provide partial refunds for the remainder of a monthly period.

Annual subscriptions

For annual subscriptions, if you request a refund within 30 days of the charge — whether the initial purchase or the start of any annual renewal — we will issue a prorated refund for the full, unused months remaining in that annual period. After 30 days into an annual period, the subscription is non-refundable, but you may still cancel to stop the next renewal.

Top-ups

Recurring email-address top-ups can be removed at any time from your dashboard. When you remove a top-up, Stripe issues a prorated credit for the unused portion of the current billing period, applied automatically to your account.

How to request a refund

To request a refund covered by this policy, email info@formcrest.com from the address on your account, and include your account details and the charge in question. Eligible refunds are processed manually within 5 business days; the time for the funds to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.

Exceptions

We do not refund accounts that are suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.

You can manage your subscription, top-ups, and cancellations at any time from the billing page in your dashboard.
