Sub-processors

Last updated: 2026-06-03

The third-party services Formcrest relies on to deliver the product, and where they process data.

To run Formcrest we rely on a small set of trusted sub-processors. Each one processes personal data only as needed to provide a specific part of the service, under data processing terms consistent with the GDPR. The table below lists every sub-processor, what we use it for, and where it processes data.

Integration sub-processors

Google and Notion are only engaged if you choose to connect those integrations to a form. If you never connect them, no data is shared with them.

Notice of changes

We give customers at least 30 days' notice before adding a new sub-processor, so you have time to review the change and raise any concerns. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent change to this list.
