Multiple recipients
Deliver a single form's submissions to more than one inbox. Every destination must be verified first.
Verifying a destination email
Before any address can receive submissions, it has to be verified. Add the address in the dashboard and Formcrest sends it a one-time confirmation email; click the link in that email and the destination is verified. Until that happens, submissions are stored but not delivered to the unverified address. This one-time confirmation applies to every destination, including the first one.
Adding several recipients to a form
On the Pro and Agency plans you can attach more than one verified destination to a single form. Each submission is then delivered to every active recipient on the form. Add or remove recipients at any time from the form's settings — only verified addresses can be attached.
On the Free plan, each form delivers to exactly one destination email. To send to several inboxes, upgrade to Pro or Agency — see Plans & top-ups. Plan-level settings are also summarized in Configuration.
Recipients by plan
| Plan | Recipients per form |
|---|---|
| Free | One verified destination |
| Pro | Multiple verified destinations |
| Agency | Multiple verified destinations |
Adding more destination slots
Your plan comes with a pool of destination email slots shared across all your forms. If you need more, you can buy stackable top-ups at €5/mo for 20 additional destination emails each. Top-ups stack, so add as many as you need. Pricing and the per-plan included allowances are on Plans & top-ups.
Notes
- Every recipient on a form must be verified — unverified addresses are skipped.
- Spam-flagged submissions are never delivered to any recipient — see Spam protection.
- If a delivery fails for some recipients but succeeds for others, the submission is recorded as partially delivered; you can see its delivery status in the dashboard.
