Notion

Create one page per non-spam submission in a Notion database. Notion is a Pro+ integration.

How it works

Once connected, Formcrest creates a page in your chosen Notion database for every non-spam submission. The page title combines your form's name and the submission time, and each submitted field is added to the page body as a separate line.

Your Notion token is stored encrypted at rest and only used to create pages in the workspace you authorized.

Step 1 — Connect your Notion workspace

  1. Open your form in the dashboard and go to the Integrations tab.
  2. Click Connect Notion, pick the workspace, and select the pages/databases Formcrest may access. You'll be returned to the dashboard with the connection active.

Step 2 — Tell us which database

  1. In Notion, open the database that should receive submissions (it must be one you shared with the integration in step 1).
  2. Copy the database ID from its URL — the 32-character token before the ?v= parameter:
    notion.so/workspace/DATABASE_ID?v=…
  3. Paste it into the Notion database ID field on the integration and save. Deliveries start with the next submission.

Failures and auto-disable

If page creation fails repeatedly (database deleted, access revoked), the integration is disabled automatically after 10 consecutive failures. Reconnect from the Integrations tab to resume — submissions are always stored in Formcrest in the meantime.
